CACI International Sr Acquisition Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia
What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an opening for a Senior Acquisition Analyst in our Washington, DC location. Candidate will provide overall acquisition support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) by performing complex technical, logistical, and financial functions.
More About the Role:
Provide acquisition subject matter expertise to the Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), or Principal Acquisition Program Manager (PAPM) as requested.
Provide expertise in FMS case management from pre-LOA throughout execution.
Provide expert knowledge to support DoD acquisition and business management.
Provide expert knowledge of DoD 5000, Operation of the Defense Acquisition System, and the associated statutory and regulatory requirements of FMS programs.
Provide expertise in analyzing, assessing, and developing inputs to DoD Acquisition documents, White Papers, and briefing material being prepared for Defense Acquisition Boards (DAB), Major Decision Reviews, and Gate Reviews.
Provide expert knowledge of Acquisition Strategies, Defense Acquisition Executive Summaries, Acquisition Program Baselines, Selected Acquisition Reports, and other acquisition reporting requirements.
Demonstrate knowledge of RFP development, proposal reviews, and Award Fee / Incentive Fee evaluations.
Apply expertise in analyzing program cost, schedule, and technical data to develop draft inputs to reporting.
Conduct program performance analysis and develop metrics based on current and future baselines.
Apply fact-finding and investigative techniques.
Provide executive level liaison with senior Navy and DoD personnel.
Provide oral and written communications and develop presentations and reports
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and minimum 20 years of related experience.
15 years DoD acquisition program support experience.
Direct experience with NAVSEA acquisition contracting processes including Acquisition Review Boards, Navy Program Decision meetings, Acquisition Program Baselines, and related processes.
Knowledge of DoD and NAVSEA 5000 series Program Acquisition Instructions.
Experience working in or with other external DoD organizations including NIPO, OSD, MDA, and Navy Field activities.
Experience providing acquisition support to US Navy combat and weapons systems programs.
Must have a current DoD Secret security clearance.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
20 or more years DoD FMS acquisition program support experience
20 or more years direct experience with NAVSEA FMS acquisition contracting processes including Acquisition Review Boards, Navy Program Decision meetings, Acquisition Program Baselines, and related processes.
15 or more years experience working in or with other external DoD organizations including NIPO, OSD, MDA, and Navy Field activities.
