Position Description:The Senior Facilitator will provide support services to the Employee Development (ED) Group within the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).Required Qualifications:Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience. Experience credit for graduate work on a basis of two (2) years of experience above the minimum experience for one (1) year of graduate work.Excellent meeting/learning event facilitation skills.Demonstrates expert attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to write and verbally communicate effectively with senior and C-Suite executives.Strong customer focus.Demonstrates follow-through and ability to manage and track action items.Technology savvy in leading and supporting virtual meetings/learning events.Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Project.Possess or be able to obtain/maintain an FAA Security Clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Leadership experience within the FAA ATO organization with knowledge of technical operations.Experience facilitating leadership development training within the FAA/ATO organization.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Plans, convene and leads working groups and team meetings to solve organizational level issues, disputes, and disagreements.Provides solutions to management problems.Conducts the research necessary to develop and/or revise training courses. Prepares instructor materials to include; course outline, background material, and training aids.
