Our IT Function Transformation consultants help our clients improve business value through optimizing efficiencies and effectiveness of their IT capabilities. This high performing group plays a critical role in multi-disciplinary business strategy teams. We enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic business opportunities presented by information technology through a collection of capabilities such as IT organization, IT cost and value, and IT governance.
Minimum Years of Experience: 6
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Certification(s) Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), CMMi, ITIL v 3.0, PMBOK, ISO
Thorough knowledge of IT governance and IT operations with a clear understanding of how an IT organization operates in alignment with a client's business processes.
Thorough knowledge of IT governance structures, IT governance processes, IT policies and standards, IT organizational structure, IT job descriptions,
IT skills and competencies.
Thorough knowledge of change management, enabling technology, and program delivery.
Thorough experience with project management, software implementation, and application development.
Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
