Currently, RG is building a candidate pool of Program Managers to support a Federal customer as needs arise. Candidates may not be contacted immediately upon submission of application.A Day In the Life:To help make our customer successful, the chosen candidate can expect to be involved with or responsible forActing as the single focal point for all required program tasks performed under the PWS.Updating and managing project deliverables, risks registry, tasks and work packages, and contractor resources.Conducting recurring (weekly or bi weekly) and ad hoc status meetings with BIS stakeholders and project management team(s). Contractor shall generate and distribute meeting minutes, as required.Recording all activities against the contract via Microsoft Project Schedule. Each project should identify the task to be performed and the resources assigned to the task.Monitoring and track contractor labors hours, materials, and resources in terms of earned value. Earned Value Management should be captured in fully loaded MS Project schedule with resources, hours and cost identified with each task.Quarterly and Annual status of all projects and programs.Making sure all contract labor hours are aligned to a task for performance tracking and improvement purposes.Coordinating all aspects of planning and deployment with OCIO government staff, other IT support contractors, and other government personnel and key stakeholders, as required.Specific planning for each deployment activity which will be conveyed and agreed upon during the recurring status report meetings.Documenting all program level support requirements in a PgMP and all project level support requirements in PMP. The PMP document may inherit requirements from PgMP.How You Can Make A Difference:This role plays an important and vital part in mission success.
