Jacobs is seeking a Media Duplication and Distribution Operator In Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD . Duties will include:
Work with team to accurately and efficiently replicate and label customer software to various media types (CD, DVD, SD card, Hard Drive, floppy disk)
Assemble replicated media into SW baseline sets and ship per customer guidance to specified locations.
Track all work (labor hours, materials used, etc) via online workflow system
Provide helpful and positive support to customers to identify and resolve issues
Must be a US Citizen
Active Secret Clearance
Requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a data processing environment, or an equivalent combination of education or experience for a total of two (2) years. Progressive relevant training and/or certification in appropriate discipline may be substituted for one (1) year of the education
or experience requirement.
1 year work experience
Associates degree is highly desirable but not requiredPreferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Strong Word, Excel and other MS office skills
Able to understand and execute complex instructions
Detail Oriented and highly desirable
Able to work under pressure
Experience providing positive customer experiences
Essential Job Functions
Approximately 60% of work will be done at a desk or computer. Remaining work is performed while standing or walking.
General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.
Equipment & Machines:
General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.
