E3 is seeking a Management Consultant to support a federal government client with comprehensive management and strategy consulting services to include analytical, consultative, and operational activities for policy assessment, program evaluation and improvement, organizational development, and communications.

Strategic Communications in support of large Federal Chief Information offices Information Technology and the role of the IT function in large organizations.

As a Management Consultant you will perform the following:

  • Support the federal OCIO office in Human Capitol planning, assess federal policies and provide recommendations to improve policy outcomes.

  • Assess federal policies and programs and provide recommendations to improve planning and implementation through assessments, gaps analysis, research, policy analysis, reports, and recommendations

  • Help improve agency functions and customer service through process assessment and redesign

  • Strategic communications to support clear communication of information and priorities to stakeholders inside and outside of Federal government to build consensus around initiatives and priorities at the program, agency and government-wide levels.

  • Strategy development and implementation

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3 plus years in federal consulting field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience working and building relationships with clients and stakeholders
