Job Description:


  • Eliciting and capturing business requirements in an Agile software development environment.

  • Managing work using Agile Scrum & Kanban boards

  • Decomposing Epics into Features and User Stories down to detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements

  • Developing business & system use cases

  • Facilitating the Team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories

  • Creating Business Objects reports to demonstrate/showcase issues and/or solutions.

  • Serving as a proxy Product Owner and/or Scrum Master

  • Creating User Interface wire frames as necessary

  • Modeling process flows using tools like MS Visio

  • Validating requirements fulfillment

  • Documenting standard operating procedures and maintaining the release information radiator for the Team

  • Working with Tier 3 support to troubleshoot & resolve production incidents

  • Documenting and managing business rules, risks, issues, and dependencies


Qualifications: 8+ years of experience, with work on at least one IT project within the past three years

Required Education: Bachelors; Preferred: Masters

Required Skills:

  • Business Analysis – Epics/Features/User Stories/Requirements: 5+ years.

  • Able to comprehend the database structure and the relationship of data in the data warehouse environment

  • Software Development Lifecycle experience at all phases:4+ years

  • Agile Experience: 2+ years

  • Ability to handle a fastpaced Agile software development environment

  • Experience using Agile Tools such as JIRA

  • Ability to develop & decompose Epics, Features, and User Stories

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with multiple project integration

  • Ability to lead a development team

  • Experience with enterprisewide development
