This position is for a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) consolidation & reporting analyst at the RMS Business Area HQ. Will work with and support the current FP&A lead analysts while reporting to the RMS HQ FP&A Senior Manager.
Direct responsibilities include supporting or leading aspects of: -Monthly/Quarterly financial reporting and analysis to both internal and external customers -Hyperion data reconciliations, extracts and coordination of Financial actuals and forecasts -Coordinate/support both short term and long term financial budgets (Op Plan/LRP) -Coordinate/support with Corporate on requests -Provide support/analysis to any financial control audits -Ensure consistent data availability, accuracy & traceability -Provide support/analysis for quarterly CSR as well as monthly and quarterly ELT reviews -Perform special projects for RMS VP and Director of FP&A
In order to fulfill this role the candidate will work closely with various other RMS HQ FP&A, RMS Controller Org, RMS LOB FP&A team members as well as individuals at Corp FP&A and Accounting. Will contribute towards Business Area results consolidation in a timely and structured manner to support all required reporting.
Basic Qualifications Strong analytic skills and ability to extract meaningful information from data. Ability to think through and solve complex problems. Proficiency with the following software tools and systems: Horizon/Hyperion, SAP and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Powerpoint).
Ability to foster relationships with Corporate, RMS LOBs and other functional organizations exhibiting strong leadership, team-building and interpersonal skills. Proficient oral and written communicator capable of presenting appropriately summarized, concise information to audiences of all levels of leadership, particularly senior leadership.
Desired skills Prior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience. Proficiency with Longview (Khalix). Broad brush of Finance rotational experience. Experience working in virtual environments. MBA and/or FLDP graduate.
