Criterion Systems’ rapid growth has created the need for an Enterprise Architect located in Washington, DC.
Develop and maintain the NSE Enterprise Architecture (EA) focused on the OCIO supported environments.
Represent OCIO in various NNSA and DOE working groups with regard to EA and infrastructure related activities.
Prepare and submit meeting minutes; documentation of actions executed, and recommendations.
Monitor security guidelines and enforce security policy, model, technologies, and standards for the enterprise architects and designers.
Translate NNSA mission concepts and strategy to technology imperatives and designs.
Develop Security Reference Models (SRMs); upload into Enterprise IT repository.
Provide analytical oversight of both the analysis and implementation of IT system initiatives to ensure compliance with NNSA EA standards.
Prepare recommendations, oral and written briefings, white papers, assessment reports to NNSA executive leadership.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience
DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance or greater, or a Department of Defense (DOD) Top Secret Facility Clearance, with the capability to obtain a DOE/NNSA “Q” Clearance through reciprocity
