Job Description:

Able to contribute to the preparation of Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statement of Work (SOW) with concurrent Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Draft CDRL Approval/Rejection letters in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual. Provide oversight for the processing of Navy Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). Assisted in establishing a CDRL tracking process for logistical ship documentation. Prepare and provide training materials for Navy program procedures affecting Data and Configuration Management to logistics team members. Responsible for briefing the logistics team members on all changes boarded for monthly change boards complete with change status, financial information, weight and moment impact, as well as minor technical implications and issues. Actively participate in the preparation for monthly Change Boards. Provide support and assistance to the Program Office in developing acquisition plans, including analyses of approaches, options, strategies, risks, contracting methods, competition, sources, cost, and milestone schedules. Provide solutions to various daily assignment challenges. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Successfully interact with clients on a daily basis.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience, or MS + 3 yrs related experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
