CACI International Competitive Acquisition Consultant in Washington, District Of Columbia
What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Competitive Acquisition Consultant you will provide support to a variety of primarily Government clients, as well as support internal CACI Business Groups/Divisions as an expert advisor on government and commercial sourcing requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
You will work in the Navy Yard/Capitol Riverfront, which has easy access to Metro and public transportation, restaurants and retail, local events, and more!
More About the Role:
You will serve as an expert user of CACI's automated source selection tool, FedSelect;
Provide acquisition strategy support and development, source selection training, and sourcing facilitation;
Provide support in pre-acquisition planning by reviewing Sections L & M, acquisition strategy plans, source selection plans, and any other sourcing documents. Provide recommendations on evaluation criteria, draft reports, and assist in writing source selection supporting documentation and decision documents; and
Develop and conduct government source selection training, presenting FedSelect user training, and facilitating government source selections using FedSelect.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
At least 5 years of Government contracting experience;
Experience awarding and administering contracts for Construction and Architect and Engineering services;
Experience with FAR Part 8, 14, 15, 36 and the Brooks Act; and
Experience leading a team and assigning workload.
Some of These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
DAWIA/FAC-C level III in Contracting;
District of Columbia contracting/procurement experience;
Some coursework in accounting, law, business, finance, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management;
Experience drafting contract administration policy and procedures;
Experience with Fair Opportunity procedure; and
Experience with Source Selection procedures to include developing evaluation criteria, overseeing technical evaluations, facilitating consensus meetings, and drafting source selection documents.
