The American Institutes for Research (AIR) is a leading professional services firm with a growing Reporting Team. We are pioneers in the design and building of online and paper reports that are based on powerful, behind-the-scenes analysis of student test score data, making a real impact for teachers and students across the country. We are currently seeking a Content Configuration Analyst to join our config team with opportunity for growth and expanded responsibility. • Quality control source data files and eventually assist in quality control of configuration files

• Capture/track information as it flows through various systems and the config process and workflow

• Bachelors degree

• Two or more years of relevant experience

• Strong excel skills with experience working with pivot tables and built-in functions (such VLOOKUP, countif, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Eager to learn and expand knowledge with enthusiasm for learning new technologies

• Ability to work independently on detailed assignments

• Strong organization and interpersonal skills, and excellent attention to detail.
