          Job Description Perform video teleconferencing activities such as: building video conferences on a Tandberg video bridge, utilize gateways, and analog bridges to connect participants to multiple video conferences. Utilize, maintain and repair video teleconferencing systems. Perform day to day basic video operation within a video operation center. Maintain the operation calendar, schedule conferences, and interact with customers on a daily basis. Work with the video operation team and be able to work at the senior level performing such acts as: distribution of daily task amongst co-workers, ensuring the tasks are completed, organizing the daily schedules, helping solve basic video teleconferencing problem that may arise.
          Basic Qualifications Knowledge with ISDN technology, working a video bridge, gateway, analog bridges, video mobile units, standard base video conferencing units. Ability to troubleshoot complex communication issue quickly and efficiently. Have an understanding of networks, telecommunication and video systems, audio & video unified collaboration systems. Knowledge of utilizing test equipment relating to video technology.
          Desired skills Utilizing MS products such as: Power Point, Word, Visio, creating white papers. Administration skills such as: ability to crated a work plan, work schedule, daily work plan.
