Identifying, elaborating, communicatinganddocumenting business requirements, specifications,business processes, developinguse casesand recommendations using asoftware development life-cycle environment methodologysuch aswaterfall, incremental, spiral, or agile.
The candidate shall possessexcellent communication skillsto includespeaking, writingandpresentationof materials and facilitating. Candidate must be aself-starter and trouble-shooter.
Education Requirements:
The Business Analyst shall have at a minimum a Bachelor's (4-year) degree and at least five (5) years of continuous work experience, within the past seven (7) years
·Certification:
Certification(s) from an accredited certification program, such as IBA'sCertified Business AnalysisProfessional (CBAP) orPMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)certification is required. Knowledge ofagile methodologiesis desired but not required.
