Description
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Under the direction of Pursuits Team Manager, produces informed responses and differentiated pitches to win new work. Main project types include:RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, Unsolicited Proposals, and Presentations.
Qualifications
* Expertise in developing creative, effective proposals and presentations
* 4–7 years professional marketing experience for a design, engineering, or architecture firm
* Industry Experience
* Bachelors degree
Key Responsibilities
* Produces a full range of pursuit strategies (simple to complex) delivered as proposals, presentations, etc. in alignment with firm brand standards
* Delivers on the agreed-upon strategy at every stage of the pursuit
* Manages the pursuit schedule/milestones and budget with the Business Development Champion ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
* Performs multiple pursuit efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
* Manages pursuit close out on ones he/she has led
Required Skills
* Stellar project management skills and ability to navigatesimultaneous multiple deadlines and diverse project teams fluidly
* Experience with government proposals
* Excellent written communication skills
* Excellent and positive verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office
* Experience with Deltek Vision
