Job Description Multiple Positions Available: Performs data entry via on-line data terminal, key-to-tape, key-to-disk, or similar device. Verify data entered, where applicable. Focus is upon the conversion of data into information and the enterprise-wide application of that information. Assists in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user’s manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.

Successful candidates will provide support to a DHS task order providing Open source intelligence analysis and exploitation in support of the Department of Homeland Security and its components by providing a range of intelligence and counterintelligence analysis and related services through the entire intelligence life cycle of collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination as well as support to required intelligence training and tradecraft activities.

Top Secret clearance with DHS Suitability required

Position may require some TDY travel

Work will be performed in the National Capital Region and El Paso, Texas
Basic Qualifications Experience collecting, organizing and entering data from multiple sources and formats.

Ability to produce system documentation and user materials.

Must meet one of the following education plus experience combinations:

*High School Diploma plus 3 or more years of relevant experience

*Bachelors, Masters or PhD Degree in a relevant field plus 0 more years of relevant experience

TS/SCI clearance is required(Current DHS suitability is preferred)

Work located in the Washington Dc metropolitean area and El Paso, TX

Some TDY travel may be required

Experience supporting Intelligence programs focusing on data to information conversion.
