CTL Sales/Client Manager - Multi Family & Commercial Real Estate
Commercial Term Lending offers targeted multi-family and commercial mortgage lending. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned commercial real estate sales professional who is assertive, possesses a strong initiative, has proven success in working independently, and is motivated by strong financial incentives.
* Responsible for all aspects of originating loans on commercial real estate multi-family properties, such as apartments and other mixed used buildings.
* Able to effectively communicate the advantages of various loan programs offered, identify cross selling opportunities, and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
* Incumbents should have proven business development, prospecting skills, and client relationship management, as well as extensive product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transaction execution skills.
* Credit analysis, risk management, sales principles and practices to effectively market the bank's commercial real estate multi-family lending programs and services.
Qualifications:
* Four-year college degree with a major in Business Administration, Finance and/or Marketing required.
* Five plus years experience within a commercial real estate multi-family lending environment.
* Local Washington DC market knowledge required.
* Prefer someone with a current book of clients and relationships.
