          Supports Senior Associate Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer in all stages of corporate transactions and with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with federal, state and local regulations in the conduct of business activities.

          Paralegal degree. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Extensive and advanced knowledge of corporate law, nonprofits, finance, contracts, HIPAA, compliance and other relevant knowledge. A keen attention to detail required as well as an ability to juggle multiple projects. The person in this role also must have the ability to handle extremely sensitive, confidential matters and exercise sound discretion and judgment.
