Job Description Develop, document, and maintain a SOP for JS IT Enterprise Configuration Management (to include Release/Deployment Management) that specifically identifies the process and procedures for the identification, prioritization and successful execution of Configuration Items (CI), CI Actions (e.g., CI creation, deletion, modification, etc.) and the accurate retention of CI’s in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) according to current SOPs and the ITIL model in order to achieve the SLAs identified for the CMDB.
Basic Qualifications Understand hardware/software librarian functions to facilitate vendors renewals for software and hardware maintenance agreements, licenses, and contracts; track new releases and updates from the vendors. Use of Microsoft Office products to compile statistics for tracking changes, and creating weekly and monthly reports.
